Terms, Conditions & House Rules
Please review our policies carefully. All members and visitors must comply with these rules to maintain a productive and respectful environment.
1. Introduction
Nuqta is a coworking space designed to provide visitors with a quiet environment to focus on work, boost productivity, and expand their professional networks. However, members must keep in mind that failure to follow the rules and regulations will result in losing the right to attend or work in the space.
2. Meeting Room Rules
Technology & Equipment: You may use the in-room screen to connect your computer or phone, and internet access is provided. Cameras and speakerphones are also available for online group calls.
Whiteboards: Whiteboards are available for use during your booking, but you must erase them completely when your session ends.
Respect for Property: Sitting, standing, or resting feet on the desks is strictly prohibited. The member bears full responsibility for any damage or destruction caused to electronic devices or equipment inside the room.
Atmosphere & Usage: Doors must remain closed during meetings to maintain a quiet work environment for others. Additionally, graduation parties are not permitted inside the rooms.
Food & Beverages: Bringing outside food or catering ("Coffee and lunch breaks") into the meeting rooms is strictly prohibited without prior management approval.
End of Session: Please ensure you do not leave any personal belongings behind after your meeting ends.
Age Restriction: Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter or accompany members.
3. Workspace Etiquette & Environment
Quiet Atmosphere: The workspace is a shared environment, so everyone must do their best to maintain a quiet atmosphere. Members must not speak loudly, cause disturbances, swear, or use bad language. Please keep your voice down in open areas.
Phone Calls & Audio: Using phones in open offices is prohibited; calls should be made on the outdoor terrace. Always use headphones when listening to audio or participating in video calls.
Respecting Others: Avoid offending or harassing others. Do not sit in other members' spots or scatter their belongings. If you are bothered by another member, do not confront them personally; please submit a complaint to the Nuqta team.
Professionalism: Members are required to wear appropriate clothing and not wearing (shorts, sandals, and traditional outfits) and sit in a proper posture suitable for a workspace. Please treat our staff with respect; any complaints can be submitted directly to management.
Safety: Bringing any type of weapons into the facility is strictly prohibited.
4. Use of Facilities & Property
Food & Drink: Eating is allowed in the outdoor terrace but is prohibited inside the workspaces, where only drinks are allowed. Please enjoy your meals in the designated cafeteria, and be mindful to return all dishware and cups after use.
Strong Odors: Out of respect for the shared environment, please avoid consuming strong-smelling foods in the open workspace or wearing overpowering perfumes.
Furniture & Equipment: Avoid misusing furniture and electronic devices. Members bear full responsibility for any damage caused to company property. Do not move furniture, bring your own furniture, or place stickers on walls without prior permission.
Environmental Controls: Please do not touch the curtains, doors, lighting, or air conditioning.
Cleanliness & Desk Reset: Keep your workspace tidy and dispose of any trash in the designated bins. Please push your seat back under the table when leaving for a short break or at the end of your session.
Restroom Etiquette: To maintain a pleasant and safe environment for everyone, please keep the restroom floors clean and dry; never leave the bathroom with wet floors. Additionally, as we care deeply about the environment, please be mindful and conserve your use of paper tissues.
Neighbourhood Parking: Please be mindful of our neighbours when parking your vehicle. Do not park in a way that blocks entry to any garage, or in front of a neighbour's home entrance.
5. Belongings, Security & Guests
Personal Items: Do not leave personal items scattered on waiting chairs. All private property must be placed in designated member lockers outside of subscription hours.
Liability: Nuqta is not responsible for the loss of any private property left outside the designated lockers. Please do not place valuables inside the private lockers, as we are not responsible if they are lost. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the theft or transfer of personal information or work documents between members.
Guests: Members can receive guests in the shared space and terrace for a fee of 10 LYD per hour for each guest.
6. Subscriptions, Cancellations & Service Outages
Refunds & Downgrades: Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable upon cancellation. Downgrading a subscription package to a lower value is not allowed, except if the change was made in the same hour.
Service Disruptions: Nuqta is not liable for unintentional interruptions to internet service or power outages beyond our reasonable control during your booking.
If you need to cancel or postpone your booking, you must notify the receptionist in advance according to the timeframes listed below:

7. Declaration & Signature
I, the undersigned, after reviewing the terms of Nuqta Coworking Space, acknowledge that all my provided information is correct, and I agree to abide by all the terms and conditions stated herein. I assume full responsibility for any violations.
